Frequently Asked Questions
No, you don’t need to be home! As long as we have access to your yard, we can complete the service. For your convenience, we’ll send you a text notification when we’re on our way, so you always know when to expect us.
Scoop Tales does not require a contract in order to start service. Enjoy the flexibility to start, pause, or stop service at anytime.
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning.
Note: If our staff has never met your dogs before and you are home, please let the technician know ahead of time that you will be letting the dogs out for an introduction.
If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
The safety of you, your pets, and our team will always remain top priority. We will scoop in all-weather unless unsafe to do so. Extreme rain/wind/lightning may make it unsafe to perform service. In that case, service will be postponed until the following scheduled service day where we will perform “double doody”.
Scoop Tales offers weekly, bi-weekly, and twice-a-week pet waste removal services.
Scoop Tales is fully insured! While we always take great care on your property, in the rare event of an accident, you won’t be responsible for any unexpected costs.
Yes! After every visit we disinfect our equipment and boots with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and viruses such as Parvo.
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. We optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep our costs low.
Note: You will receive a text notification on the day of scheduled service when we are 30-60 minutes away. This way you will always know when to expect us on your service day.
